Obito is boreing on the stab, if hes gonna be strartegic mae him strategic, make it something like hidde ndagger but for a tai for 20-25 damage :smile

u should make so that while kakashi is using sharigan imperfect chidori is replace by Chidori perfected.

also make the tanto move cost 1 tai

I like Kakashi slightly more than Obito. Both I rate 8/10 balanced but I think you can add more creativity.

9/10 on kakashi make imperfect chidori do 5 afflication damage to himself and or 10 with sharigan or
10/10 on orbito though

Kakashi's sharingan should change his White Chakra Tanto to something completely different (the tanto was broken during the fight directly after he received the sharingan)

Obito's sudden stab should be a counter imo.

Kakashi : 8/10
Obito : 9/10
