nice good quality and well balanced...but maybe make Kaiten last 2 turns cooldown so he wont be OP..9/10

good quality but if you want my honest opinion
there should be no fifth move
improved kaiten is to op if your gonna have the fifth move
increased cooldown on kaiten aswell

8/10 if you get rid of the fifth, but its your choice:amused

It's really not a 5th move... It's an alternate of a skill... Kind of like Uryuu.....

yea and leave it like it is just increase Kaiten cooldown to 2

These are two statements of mine that might clear some questions in your mind. ...

"What do you mean by your going to get sand-coffined? It is only one turn stun . . . Plus, it only stuns! If you do make characters and not really noob- nvm.. you will understand his skills. He does not have any other moves that doesn't need a prep. It's only the first enemy countered.. he can get stunned too.. it can get interruped.. and 45 damage... that can be avoided... they can use a team invul move.. plus, it's not piercing or anything. "

"The counter is one RANDOM. Considering it is actually a prep move. . . . Plus, it is the only skill that does not need a prep.... The 25 to all needs a SPECIFIC Chakra prep.... and it has one cooldown.... Plus another turn of a prep."

Righto- time for me to prove why all of these people are wrong. For starters the prep is required for the 25 piercing damage. Secondly, the counter for one random is actually...normal. It only deals damage during the prep. Finally, final blow is actually perfectly normal seeing as how you need to use a counter to activate it. And it isn't a taijutsu character because all of the skills are hyuuga bloodline style skills. 10/10, GJ man
