~Welcome to the Shadow Avenges Elite {SAE} Soul-Arena/Boards Clan Thread! As you know, SAE stands for Shadow Avengers Elite. We are THE original avengers clan {SA} from NA and even b4 SKA. We started back at july 2007 and are home to SA/NA pwners as well as masta gfx'ers. Our clan is based on respect, skill, and hard work. We follow the main law of Equivelent Exchange; Treat others of how you want to be treated and work for what you want to earn. Even though we are pretty good in Na/Sa and are great GFX'ers, we do things besides playing NA and SA. We play online downloadable games together, or just online game's and talk about things besides na/sa drama. This is something we've learned through our experience as an obsessed na clan to only thrive for fame and had forgotten about respect for ourselves, those around us, and especially the clan. That doesnt mean that we arent focusing on the game but we do more then being obsessed over na and sa and take a glimpse of life. ~

*The 5 law's of justice are the rules of SAE. All are taken seriously and these law's are given out inorder for balance among all member's. We follow the main law of Equivelent Exchange; Treat others of how you want to be treated and work for what you want to earn.*

~The 6 Law's of Justice~
-Law 1: Flaming/Swearing is a big deal in the clan. Do not assault member's and do not call them any name's. When people are just "kidding" other's take it offencively. We do not advise to swear at other's or else punishment will be received.

~Law 2: Spamming/Flooding is a big deal on the forum's. Do not spam or flood in our forum or in S-B/N-B. On a side note, do not post un appropiate image's on our forum.

~Law 3: Capping within the chat box in arguement's or in anger is an assault. Sure, capping for fun isnt so bad but when trying to prove a point dont type a setence with all caps or something. Capping represents anger when arguing; so resent from doing this.

~Law 4: SAE Clan-Support. You must be in the clan support or else you are not in the clan. Having an sae avy or sig is an option but we would like it if you had something of SAE to represent yourself in the board's.

~Law 5: Leaving is now a permanent choice. When you leave, you are out of the clan. If you wish to join again, the council will decide if we should allow you to or not. If we do allow you too, you wiill start again from Ryoka. Dont leave, 'nuff said =].

~Law 6: Ripping for us counts as using our material as your own. DO NOT use our GFX work AT ALL. Unless you are in the clan, you MAY ask us but we will give you your own avatars, tags, and signatures!

*SAE treasures our history as valuable information that reminds us of our memories, as well as those who came and left. We believe that history is an important aspect in life so we can know what to improve in from our past mistakes. And now, Behold the Legcy of SAE! *

~CH: SA is Born~
First of all SAE was originall SA {Shadow Avengers}. I first learned about clans when i joined UK before the crash..this was before their were over 2000 members. The exact day i joined UK, the next day the crash had occured. Instead of staying in UK i decided to make my own clan. This clan name was then forth called Shadow Avengers {SA}. At the first day i had recruited 27 members (this was because of the crash many people were clanless because clans had disbanded). Although we had 27 members about only 12 actually knew what was going on. So we actually only had 12 members on the first day. 3 Days later i had met CVajax. Luckly his clan disbanded as well and i had offered him to be co-leader since i had seen his amazing skills. From then on me and CV worked on the clan, just hoping all goes well and having fun along the way.

~CH: The Birth of a legend, SAE~
A member of the Forbidden Warriors clan, a close friend of mine, Naruto-25 had created his own clan "Kyuubi Avengers" {KA}. SA and KA were close friends and we even shared the chat boxes. Later on, the 2 clans decided to merge. SA and KA had merged and the outcome was our current clan, SAE {Shadow Avengers Elite}. During this time, Naruto-25 had become a 2nd leader equal power to I, ShadowUchiha64. CVajax had remained co-leader and did all the leaderlyissues that Naruto-25 was supposed to handle. The clan had created our new Forum to represent SAE and from then on, things were looking good. The clan was prospering as it became highly active. We had warred ALOT and had a +16 war streak. Unfortunatley from then on,the clan started having problems.

~CH: A Fallen Leader #1~
Naruto-25 had thought that he was lacking disrespect as a leader. He then had his own drama fest from time and time. Banning certain people from the clan chat box because he didnt care, banning everybody while ShadowUchiha64 wasnt their, and forcing people to leave the clan and not even care about it. This was the cruel side of Naruto-25 that none of SAE, SA, or FW had ever seen. For along time the clan was putting up with this. Eventually ShadowUchiha64 along with the clan and most importantly CVajax had decided to kick him out of the clan. The clan didnt change much after this happening and some people were even happy. Although the clan was happy, Shadow and CV were not. They had an idea of bringing Naruto back into the clan but as a normal member and never to regain his leadership position again. He was then nominated as a Moderator for his normal work that he CAN do.

~CH: SAE's Break~
The clan had stopped warring and took a break. We had decided to improve our GFX skills instead. Many things were done during the break, like the chanegs in our clan RP, GFX Skills, the sudden member changes, and our cooloff to bring the clan in order. Unfortunatley this had made our clan a little less active and lazier. Our top GFX'er was also in-active and most of our skill full players. We tryed doing a few wars such as fightign Erotic and GrandLine but had lost easily. Our skill level had fallen and the clan was at risk.

~CH: SAE is Back!~
I, ShadowUchiha64, had decided to do a sudden act to make the clan better. I had changed our Forum (actually for purposes such as invisionfree's servers offline and is dis-advantages.) and decided to change how the cllan works. Our clan requirements had changed into skill level for NA and GFX'ing instead of joining based on the charcters the player has. The village system had also changed based on Skill Level. Its somewhat similar to what other clans have but its very different. Thats not all, I had resetted all positions in the clan excpet clan leader and co-leader to regain the clans activeness and its skill. All players had to take a private-battle test to re-join the clan. Depending on their personality and number score from the grading system, I had made them a moderator. From then all members became serious and those who had quit NA but stayed in the clan played again.

~CH: A Fallen Leader #2~
Because of the sudden change, CVajax the Co-Leader knew that this was going out of hand. He deided to quit the clan because it wasnt going the way how he expected, and forgot to talk to me about changing it first. He then left a topic where he explained why hes in-active (cuz of RL issues), his reason for leaving, and what to do now. His reason for leaving the clan was because originally, our goal was to become the non-serious pwnsome funny clan in NA. Once the clan would og serious he knew things were going wrong. He also didnt like the idea of the members earning their position back. So because of this, he left the clan. He had remidned us of what our true goal is and that is exactly what we are going to accomplish! SAE is back with a new Resolve! The first war we re-entered, we had taken down Rikkai and were bursting with flames.

The legend that made us #1 in BT..Soon to come..

*Requirement's are common in most clan's and are used to distinguish people with different kind of skill. Most clan's look for people who are highly skilled, and sometimes only recruit people them selves through invitation's, such as when they say Invite Only. SAE has certain requirements as well. We have requirement's that are subtle for average player's. Those who want to join but dont match the requirements can still join but will remain in the trial rank, known as Ryoka, until they match the requirement's.*

~Clan Requirements~
-Rank: Must have been atleast 3rd Seat [lvl 16]. This requirement is given so new players wont join the clan. We dont want to have to teach people the basic rules of the game, but close enough to new players with little experience. So we picked Shinigami for now.
-Streak: Must have atleast a +5 in highest streak. This requirement is given for the sake of testing a persons skill. Sometimes skill is usually based on streak rather then ratio.
-Ratio: Must have atleast same amount of loses as there wins or higher. The ratio test is merely given for the reason that the clan wont lose exp. ex: 15-15 or 16+-15

~Grading System~
The grading system is based on PB test's in the game. The test is given for rank and is based on "Team" and "Skill". The following is how the grading system works. Both categories, Team and Skill, are based on 1-10. This is to see how good a team is, and how well its played.

1-Skill: This category is called Skill because it tests the opponent for how he/she played. This is to see what kind of skill and potential the tested person has and if he/she fully used the team he/she played. The total grade range for this is 1-10.

2-Team: This cpart of the test is based on the team the opponent used. This shows what kind of team the opponent was trying to make and if they didnt use a classic team; basically using an original team. The total grade range for this is 1-10.

*Almost every single clan has there own system of organization. This include's, squads, village's (for mostly NA), group's, and seperate ranking's. This clan's organization system is based on rank's which seperate member's based on skill. The rank's go by Ryoka, Shinigami, Privaron Espada, and finally the highest ranked, Espada. These ranks arent based on the game's actual rank but based on skill within the game. Each rank has its own requirement (except Ryoka). These seperations prove skill within the game and loyalty for getting to that point.*

-Ryoka: The trial-squad for new members who are on there trial;. This squad is basically for new members who are tested to see if they want to be in the clan as a test; period. Each new member must stay in the Ryoka Squad for only until the end of the week. They are then ranked up to Shinigami. Those who wish to join the clan but dont match the requirements can do so, but stay in the Ryoka rank until they do match the requirements. There rank will not increase in chat box, though.

-Shinigami: Reaper's of the soul's and protectors against the hollow's, Shinigami are the main force of Soul Society. In our rank, Shinigami is the first rank untop of ryoka. This rank is for those who have been in the clan until the end of the week they joined and match the clan requirements. These are average clan member's who are "membered" rank within the chat box and have equal status. This rank is given the permission to recruit member's on the thread to the clan by giving them the clan profile link and telling the council about them.

-Privaron Espada: A rank in Hueco Mundo world for arrancar's who are just beneath the power of the original Espada. This is the second highest ranked in the clan. People of this rank are those with skill high enough to past the test from Shinigami. These are clan member's who are between the rank of member and moderator rank within the chat box and have status of skilled player's. This rank is given the permission to recruit member's on the thread to the clan by giving them the clan profile link and telling the council about them. This rank is given privelage to war's.

~Rank Requirement's~
-Must have been a Lieutenant [Lv.21] within the game before.
-Must have a streak of +8 or greater.
-Must get a total grade of a 16 on the PB test (based on the grading system).

-Espada: The top-notched, highest skilled warrior's of the Hueco Mundo. This is the highest rank of the clan, for the most skilled of S-A players. This rank is awarded the Moderator rank within the chat box and are given privelage to war's. Past the test from Priv.Espada to this rank and you will be recognized within the clan as a high-classed player.

*The game's private battle system allows us to have a type of battle for clan vs clan known as clan war's. These war's seem to let clan's test there battle skill's against other's and slowly rank up in fame. These war's are kept in record by moist clan's to show off there skills and "superiority" as osme think. Although SAE isnt much of a war fanatic, we still accept challenges and do war's here and there. *

*Member's are the most important part of the clan. As the member's make the body, just as importantly the leaders make the head. Each member slowly makes up the clan and all its might. Keeping track of a clan's member's is done by the clan support list but showing there appreciation, loyalty, and hard work is done through the thread and the clan forum. There are few clan's that place up member profile's for each, or atleast there top member's within there clan thread. SAE has been following this tradition for a while now. *SAE runs on a basic system of government, our Black Council. The council member's are chosen through the clan who they think is fit. Each important step is detailed and decised about through the council. This council are the only people within the clan who have the highest rank outside of the actual rankings, the Shinigami-Espada.
